The “Give Back at Graph” Fundraiser Benefits EDSF’s Scholarship Program

edsf2EDSF, the international, non-profit organization dedicated to the document management and communications industries, will host its second annual Scholarship Night on Sept. 13, 2011 from 5 - 9 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place, after the GRAPH EXPO exhibit hall closes for the day. GRAPH EXPO 2011, the year’s largest graphic communications exhibition and conference in the Americas, will take place Sept. 11-14, 2011 in Chicago’s McCormick Place.

This year’s event will include a cocktail hour for networking with other high-level industry executives; a plated dinner; presentation of OutputLinks Women of Distinction awards; plus silent and live auctions of some exciting packages designed to provide once in a lifetime experiences including a luxury private yacht cruise aboard The Famous “Hattrick Yacht”.  One-hundred percent of proceeds from the evening event will go directly into EDSF’s scholarship program.

Last year's EDSF auction winner, EFI's Frank Mallozzi and his guests,
enjoying their luxurious Hattrick cruise.

A once in a lifetime opportunity to enjoy a special trip and private wine tasting on the Hattrick Yacht as seen on Donald Trump’s and Mark Burnett’s television show “The Apprentice.” The Hattrick can accommodate up to 20 people, making this the perfect corporate outing or family celebration. Start at the Montauk Yacht club on Long Island Sound with a continental breakfast and a leisurely cruise aboard the luxurious Hattrick to a special private winery located near Greenport, Long Island, New York for a VIP tour and tasting followed by a gourmet lunch. Spend the rest of the afternoon shopping and sightseeing around Greenport, named by Forbes magazine as “one of the prettiest places in America.”  edsf4This charming seaside village is noted for its art galleries, eclectic shops, boutique clothing stores and its unique blend of the traditional and the hip. Then it is back on board your private yacht to head back to port. This elegant and exquisite package is offered through the generosity of Gimbel & Associates.

The Hattrick Yacht package will be presented during live bidding at Give Back at Graph.  If you are unable to attend the event, you can still bid on this and other packages through absentee bidding and by stopping by EDSF's Booth #4361 during Graph Expo Exhibit Hall hours.

EDSF is a great organization that supports our future Graphic Design and Document Management professionals who are now studying for an undergrad or a graduate degree. I have served the past 4 years on the EDSF Scholarship committee and have enjoyed giving back.
