At OutputLinks, we’re excited about mobile technology and the possibilities! Whether we’re talking about quick response (QR) codes and mobile browsing, a great app to coincide with bills and statements, or simply being able to view a statement via a smart phone, it’s thrilling to think about this new means of reaching customers and making interactive communication more convenient. Will our industry truly embrace mobile technology and use it meaningfully for high volume transaction output (HVTO)?
